History of Service

Two top industry professionals founded National Engineering Resources, Inc. in 1990 with an ambitious vision: to lead the nation in providing engineering and technical staffing services to growing companies.

From the start, they developed strong relationships with companies in specific industries – including aerospace/defense, communications technology, industrial manufacturing, engineering services, and computers/semiconductors. They found that by concentrating their efforts on a few industries, they could be more effective in attracting and placing qualified candidates. The more they narrowed their focus, the more demand for their staffing services grew.

Their client list expanded to include Fortune 100 firms as well as high-growth start ups. Their professional staff grew as well, with industry-trained recruiters now focusing on a specific industry group. By the start of this century, the company was providing highly skilled technical talent to corporate clients in four specialized areas across North America. It is well on its way to becoming the leading provider of engineering and technical talent in North America.
