Eric manages NER's Engineering & Software Services practice. Eric originally joined NER in 2002. Eric possesses a unique background with education and experience in both electronics technology and business development. Eric's expertise comes from his 17 years of engineering services sales, recruiting, and business management in industries such as aerospace/defense, test equipment, medical technology and telecommunications. Eric started his career in the US Air Force and then graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. Eric works with the engineering management of high-tech product manufacturers across the US to provide engineering resources for project needs or full time staff additions. Eric thoroughly understands the hardware and software product development lifecycle as well as systems engineering, integration, testing, validation and certification. That means Eric's customers receive quality engineers with the right skills and background to make an immediate impact.
